1) Start your order by sending me a message on Instagram @manis.x.monia or send an email to contact@manisxmonica.com. Failure to do so will result in your order being canceled. (This does not apply to sizing kits. Those can be ordered straight from the website at any time.)

2) Please include a description and/or inspiration picture of the color/design you want, the shape you want, and your nail sizes.

3) Once we have finalized your design information, I will message you back to let you know what to add to your cart on my website so you can checkout and complete payment.

Along with your nail set(s), all orders include a complimentary application kit with nail glue, nail tabs, a buffer, a file, alcohol wipes, and a cuticle pusher.

For the most accurate sizing, I highly recommend ordering a sizing kit if you are a first-time customer or if it is your first time ordering a particular shape. This can be done at the same time that you order your nail set. I will send out the sizing kit within 1-3 days so that you can measure your nails as soon as possible, then I will begin working on your set once you send me your sizing information.

If you don’t want to order a sizing kit, you can measure your nails at home. Take a piece of tape and place it against each nail, marking the width of the nail bed at its widest point. Then measure the tape marks against a piece of measuring tape and compare to the measurements for the shape(s) you are interested in. See my Sizing highlight on Instagram for measurements.

*Note: When measuring your nails, make sure you don’t have any other polish, acrylic, press-ons, etc. on since that can lead to inaccurate measurements.

I offer the following nail shapes: short round, medium round, xs almond, short almond, short stiletto, xs square, short square, medium square, short coffin, and medium coffin. Pictures of each shape can be found on my Instagram.

Start by making sure your nails are completely free of any polish or other enhancements. Use the cuticle pusher included in your application kit to gently push back your cuticles. Then, take the nail buffer and gently buff the surface of your natural nails to remove the shine. This will help with better adhesion. Next, wipe your nails down with an alcohol wipe to remove all dust, oil, and debris from your nails. If necessary, make sure to file the sides and cuticle area of the press-on nails to better match the shape of your natural nails. Once your natural nails and the press-ons have both been properly prepped, apply the glue or glue tabs to your natural nails. Then apply the press-ons to your nails at a 45-degree angle starting at your cuticle and hold down for at least 15-30 seconds.

To remove your press-ons, first fill a bowl with warm water, soap and oil. Soak your nails for at least 15 minutes, then use your cuticle pusher to gently lift the press-ons from your natural nails. The nails should come off easily and with no pain. If the nails are not ready to come off, soak them again for another 5-10 minutes and try to lift them again. Repeat as many times as necessary. Remember, if you properly prepped your nails and used liquid glue to apply them, the nails should not be ready to come off for at least a week. If you plan to remove your nails before then, I recommend using the sticky tabs instead. Once all the nails have been removed, gently buff your nails to remove any glue residue. If you used the sticky tabs to apply your nails, be sure to remove the leftover tabs from your nails and the press-ons.

Processing can take up to 14 business days depending on order volume. Please keep this in mind when placing your order if you would like to have the nails by a certain time.

For hygienic purposes, there will be no returns allowed.

There will be no refunds for incorrect sizing. Refunds or changes in design will not be allowed once an order has been started.
